This 50-hour training is a deep dive into the art and practice of breathwork—an invitation to explore the breath as both a tool for self-regulation and a channel for transformation.

Deepen your personal practice and learn the tools to begin guiding - this program offers a grounded, somatic, and trauma-aware foundation to meet yourself—and others—through the breath.

Inês is a Breathwork, Yoga and Meditation facilitator. Transforming through breath and movement, her passion is creating spaces for expansion by nurturing awareness and connection. She's the resident breathwork & somatic therapist at Holina, the #1 trauma & holistic care center in Thailand. Her background in Somatic & Rebirthing Breathwork, Yoga movement , Meditation, Energy healing, and her certification in Trauma-Aware spaceholding are combined to lead groups in magical journeys of transformation, with a sensitivity to hold space with love and trust. Her portfolio includes diverse Breathwork Training, impactful Breathwork & Icebath, Rebirthing, Shamanic and Water Breathwork.
