Inês is the heart behind Casa do Sol, a hospitality and wellness homestay where every detail is infused with intention and care. Her vision was to create more than just a place to stay—she wanted to build a sanctuary where guests could disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with each other.

As a Breathwork, Yoga, and Meditation facilitator, Inês's passion is creating spaces for expansion by nurturing awareness and connection. She is the resident breathwork & somatic therapist at Holina, the #1 trauma & holistic care center in Thailand. Her background in Somatic & Rebirthing Breathwork, Yoga movement, Meditation, Energy healing, and her certification in Trauma-Aware spaceholding are combined to lead groups in magical journeys of transformation, with a sensitivity to hold space with love and trust.
